Chemicals In Our Food:

Chemicals are essential building blocks for everything in the world.

All living matter, including people, animals, and plants, consists of chemicals. All food is made up of chemical substances.

Over the last few decades, the number of chemicals added to foods and other products has skyrocketed.

We add chemicals to foods to make them look more appealing. We have made food packaging to keep food fresh.

We did all of it for what seemed like good reasons at the time, but we are learning that many of those chemicals can cause real harm.

Foodology Inc recommends people eat a variety of fresh food straight from the farm to the table. if food must be stored, freeze it or can it as it was done at the turn of the century.

Know your food source. choose organic pesticides free foods whenever possible to reduce

exposure to harmful chemicals. purchase 100% all-natural dairy products. Animals that you eat are also fed a chemical cocktail of harmful substances.

Also, read the labels. if it doesn't say 100% all-natural, with no preservatives, chemicals or dyes, don't buy it.
